Set-up costs and infromation
Embroidery Setup
The embroidery set-up charge is either:
- £20 + VAT for text (using a standard machine font) or
- £35 + VAT for a logo & text
We can use up to 12 embroidery thread colours in your design at no extra cost.
The prices throughout our website assume the logo/design is a breast/sleeve size. The set-up fee is only paid once and it’s reusable time and time again; next month, next year, next decade. We will send you an electronic proof (PDF format) for approval before we start production.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that the setup or ‘digitising’ of the design is the most important aspect of achieving a good representation of your logo/design. We suggest that you look at the total cost (setup, garments, delivery) as this is the true cost of your purchase. I’m happy to do a written quote for you once you have selected the garments you are interested in. If you want help in selecting the right clothing please contact us.

Screen Print Setup
The screen print set-up charge is £25 + VAT per colour printed/per design (if you’re not sure what this means please contact us).
There is an extra cost to print additional colours – contact us for more info.
This set-up fee is only paid once and is reusable again and again. We will send you an electronic proof (PDF format) for approval before we start production.

Transfer Print Setup
The transfer print set-up charge is £20 + VAT per design
This set-up fee is only paid once and it’s reusable time and time again; next month, next year, next decade.
